  The law states that funeral homes have to accept outside caskets and not charge anything to receive them. The law is called the FUNERAL RULE of 1984.
  
  Armstrong Funeral Home in Lisbon ND played a fast one on me. They were charging $4500 for a casket that I found online for $1100, so what Armstrong did is they had my mother in the cooler and they raised the storage fee from $0 per day to $300 per day because I was buying the outside casket trying to save $3500. They were also jerks about it
  
  So I figured out what to do next time, get the General Price List from the funeral home ahead of time so they can't change the prices and then order the casket online.
  
  This funeral home dishonestly charged me $3500 and I was told to report them to the Federal Trade Commission that made the laws.
  
  They are dishonest and don't use them. June/2014
